Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at zezeedesignandprint@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping the tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during check out. Please ensure it is accurate. PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. ***ALSO, ZeZee Design and Print LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items. ***However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out of account creation. If there are issues with your order, please contact us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECIEVING the order, for a possible replace IF item is of our fault.
